Jennifer Rice voted against multiple funding increases, including the purchase of new buses, redeployment of service following Valley Line South East opening, and the acquisition of a satellite bus garage. She did vote in favour of funding increases for aesthetic, but impractical, uses of transit-related funding such as concrete over wooden noise barricades.
